World of Payne is written and edited by Tanner Payne. Every post is published under his name and reflects his judgment.
Our viewpoint
We are openly conservative and fiscally conservative. We do not claim to be neutral. We do commit to being fair with facts: we represent opposing views accurately, and our opinions are argued from evidence.
How stories are chosen
We cover politics, policy, the economy, and culture where we have something useful to add: an argument, context, or a numbers-first look at what a policy costs. We favor stories that matter to taxpayers, families, and workers over clicks.
Sourcing rules
- Factual claims are attributed to a named source.
- We link primary sources (court filings, government data, official statements, original reporting) whenever possible.
- Opinion is labeled as opinion and kept separate from reported facts.
- We do not publish rumors or single anonymous claims as fact.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research, summarizing source material, and drafting. Tanner reviews, edits, and approves what is published, and is responsible for every word. Images on posts are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real events.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the post with the date. Report errors through our Contact page.
